Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of omasshortletapartments.ng and any stay booked through us. By using the site or booking with us you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Our concierge will verify availability and contact you to confirm your stay and payment method. We may decline a booking at our discretion.

2. Payment

Full payment, or the deposit communicated to you, is due before check-in. Accepted methods are shared with you at confirmation. Rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and exclude any optional add-on services.

3. Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are fully refundable. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Long stays may have a different cancellation policy agreed at the time of booking.

5. Guest conduct

Smoking is not permitted inside the residences. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing. Parties and events are not permitted. Damage caused by guests or their visitors is chargeable.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep our residences safe and secure. Personal belongings remain your responsibility. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
